During this interactive workshop participants
will learn how to: handle the frequent anger-provoking situations
one encounters, keep one's self esteem intact and handle one's
emotions. Participants will also practice the 3-step formula
for keeping in control and getting what they want in win-win
situations. By learning to deal with "difficult" people, participants
will decrease their frustration and sense of feeling overwhelmed.
